Colby Garrett Rhodes (born April 30th, 1982) is a Wealdenite politician and writer who served as the Secretary of National Affairs of Cappedore from 2020 to 2023. He was first elected to the Gemotern in 2014 after the resignation of former chancellor Cleveland Durand, who resigned to become the running mate of Austin Merrill for the 2014 presidential election. Rhodes was personally endorsed by Durand as 'the freshest face of potential in Cappedorite politics.' Rhodes resigned from his office and defected from the CSDP during the Homradska, calling for Maya Murray and Austin Merrill to resign instantly.
