The Cadipremier of Listonia is a jointly-held position by Stapen Evesuni and Lso Yiskevi that is at least partially overseen by Ikrisia Levinile. The position was created on April 28th, 2012, when Lso Yiskevi claimed the premier position after the "imposter" Stapen Evesuni was killed, but was later revealed that the true Stapen Evesuni was still alive.
