Arran Berinter Samsey (born 1 April 1981) is a Jusdelvic Unionist MP who served as Prime Minister of Jusdelva from October 2015 until its reunification with Great Morstaybishlia in December 2016. He is Member of Parliament for Dostega since 2016, and previously was Member of Parliament of Jusdelva for Dostega from the 2014 General Election as well as Deputy Leader for the Jusdelvic Unionist Party.
Samsey was born into a middle class family in Port Makuh to mother Jamesina Horald and father Arran Wallace Samsey on 1 April 1981. His family relocated to the Western Outliers in 1987 and he attended Klimper Collage. In 1998, he relocated with his family to Parenton, a small town near Dostega. He graduated from Dostega University with a bachelors in Politics and International Relations and went on to join the Liberal League of Jusdelva in 2004. He became a member of the Jusdelvic Unionist Party when they formed in 2008 but was not elected to the House of Representatives until 2014. He later contested the Prime Minister Wiley Gordwin's controversial decision to ignore the clause for reunification with Morstaybishlia in the Port Makuh Agreement and won the Snap Election of 2015. During his premiership he signed the Acts of Union of Great Morstaybishlia and Jusdelva.
Just before the 2019 Great Morstaybishlia General Election, Samsey stepped down as party leader to become deputy leader. He was replaced by Greta Gonwager. Samsey retained his seat in the election.
In August 2019, Samsey came out as gay via a picture of him and his fiance Harry Belfern on MyLyfe. Later, he revealed he had been in a relationship with Belfern since "at least 2014". They married in Promethesburg, East Malaysia in April 2020.
Samsey replaced Gonwager in February 2021 as Leader of the Jusdelvic Unionist Party as Gonwager began her maternity leave.
