The term is a portmanteau of Vakarastan and Balistria, denoting the similarities between the Irnac War and the Balistrian Coalition War.
The term usually denotes a nation which is Jingoistic, Authoritarian and usually shunned by the mainstream international community, but the term can apply to states outside these parallels if they are placed in the same conditions.
