A province is headed by a [[Governor]] (Eranorth and Anuriel are headed by [[Mayor|Mayors]]), elected directly by the people native to their territory for a term of 5 years, with a limit of 2 terms. The governor is responsible for the welfare of its people, and drafted the [[Provincial Budget]] together with the [[Provincial Council]]. The Provincial Council is similar with the parliament, only that it is a unicameral body. The Provincial Council is elected for a term of 5 years without any term limits.
All provinces of Tissandra, will be further divided into Regencies and/or Municipalities, except for the two special region, Eranorth and Anuriel, which straightly divided into districts. Regencies are agricultural and rural in nature, while Municipalities are urbanized area with heavy commercial and industrial activity. A [[Regency]] is headed by a Regent which is elected for a term of five years with a limit of 2 terms. The Regent headed a cabinet of Supervisor that led their own department (a kin to the ministries of the crown). A [[Municipality]] is headed by a [[Mayor]], with similar power, duty, and election process as a Regent. Regencies and Municipalities has their own budget, and can make their own laws since [[1999 Constitutional Amendment]] granted a domestic policy of devolution. The budgets and laws are drafted and signed by the [[Regional Council]], which is similar to the Provincial Council in all but name and position. Regencies and Municipalities also responsible for managing local regional hospitals.

Postwar Tissandran foreign policy has been largely shaped by membership of The East Pacific. Since the 2000's, Tissandra has developed close ties with member states although were frequently interrupted by times of isolation because of the constant changes in the administration. It maintain friendly connection with its neighboors, particularly [[Packilvania]] as it is the closest neighbor of Tissandra. Tissandra maintain an open-close relations with other nations, preferring economic and scientific agreements over military and political ones.
