Thawal Yaladir was a Feline male who was the General Secretary of the Packilvanian Communist Party from 1979 to 1985. He was born in Medayin, ascending to positions of power in that city and in the province of Rigaryat in which it was located and subsequently ascended through the ranks of the party until he reached its senior most post, leading the war effort against the Carriers of Mercy until order a nuclear strike on a town in Iganar that resulted in him being deposed and subsequently executed.

Early life, education

Thawal Yaladir was born to Khenad and Hunayda Yaladir (née: Domruk) in 1923. His real birthday is unknown because his parents were poor and illiterate and did not register his birthdate with the government. His parents gave him up for adoption to their wealthy relatives Ramad and Fadira Hasnaan who were civil servants and high ranking members of the Packilvanian Communist Party. They raised him and oversaw his education. Because they were unable to have children of their own, Ramad and Fadira raised him as their own child and he continued to refer to them as his parents.

He attended a public school in an affluent part of Medayin. The school was directly by members of the Packilvanian Communist Party and it instilled the propaganda of the party. Thawal Yaladir was an astute and hardworking student who excelled in his studies despite a brief period of his life when he became friends with an infamous group of boys who were known for vandalism and terrorising the neighbourhood. He grew up completely atheist and was surrounded by members of the Communist Party and their relatives. He was chosen to join the Party's political school in Medayin which trained gifted students in Communist ideologies, whose 2 year program he completed in 1943.

Political career

Thawal Yaladir worked as an intern for the Party Secretary of Medayin, Xamoun Shamhad who was a close friend of the Hasnaans. He ran for and was elected to the Medayin Local People's Congress where he championed the continued detainment, transport and imposition of involuntary servitude on humans. He participated in pogroms against humans, leading the looting and burning of human shops and private residences. He was then appointed by Ubraan Faroud to be the Spokesperson of the Party Secretary of Rigaryat. He used his platform to canvass support from the public and party for autarky, austerity and annihilation of the human species. He was catapulted from local to national politics when he was elected to the National People's Congress to represent Rigaryat.

He was elected to be a member of the committee for public works and infrastructure and then the chair of the committee for state accounts and appropriations. He was appointed to the Politburo of the Packilvanian Communist Party and then to the Politburo Standing Committee of the Packilvanian Communist Party as the People's Commissar for Propaganda. He was then reshuffled to the post of the People's Commissar of Security. He was then elected as the General Secretary of the party and President of Packilvania, making him the paramount ruler of the country.

He oversaw the Second Packilvanian Civil War which lad lasted from 1974 to 1985 following the passing of his predecessor Jeral Waladir. His government saw successive military defeats and pressure from foreign countries due to economic embargoes. He ordered the use of a nuclear weapon on the town of Ashmariya in Iganar in attempt to kill Amhoud I and destroy the Carriers of Mercy. The act so deeply offended the Packilvanian public that the Packilvanian Communist Party Politburo Standing Committee members led by Deputy General Secretary Khanad Mansour had an emergency session and voted to remove Thawal Yaladir as the General Secretary. He was arrested and sentenced to prison by the Supreme People's Court of Packilvania.

Khanad Mansour signed the Declaration of Surrender. The Carriers of Mercy led by Amhoud I agreed to the terms of surrender and began negotiations for a constitutional settlement whereby the Carriers and Communist Party agreed to dissolve and vest power in an interim government called the Packilvanian Transitional Authority whose responsibility it was to assemble a Constitutional Assembly to draft and adopt a new Constitution. Yaladir's faction was deeply weakened and despite attempts by his allies to free him, the new government had him executed for his crimes against the people of Ashmariya.
