Conrad Tarovich Hyla (Born 7th August 1986) is a Tivotian-Durakan politician serving as Head of the Union Council. Hyla has been leader of the Democratic Worker's Party since 2017, seeing the return of the Revolutionary Left Faction to power after a decade of Moderate control. Hyla is well known for being critical of Vehrist Foreign Policy, as well as the "Friendly Capitalism" pushed by the Social Democratic Party. Despite this, he has continued the DWP-SDP Coalition in the Council of Trade Unions, which has seen him heavily criticised by his fellow Revolutionary Left DWP members.
