The High Queen of the Monarchs of Twelijnland (Vistarian: Hoge Koningin van der Twelijner Monarchen), also styled as the Suzerain of Twelijnland (Vistarian: Suzerein van Twelijnland) is the title granted to the head of state and monarch of Twelijnland. The monarchs of Twelijnland are established currently as held ex officio by the Empress of the Vistara, with Twelijnland being part of the personal union systems which underpins the Vistara Commonwealth. As such, the position has been held by members of the House of Molebaai since the legal accession of Tyrene I in 1926. The monarch plays a fundamental role in the political structure in Twelijnland, holding substantial executive power as one of the most powerful offices within the nation.
Although they are all organized under the See of Supremacy, the position of monarch within each Commonwealth nation is understood as separate, legally distinct roles performed through national bodies under unique legal frameworks.
