The Axdel Armed Forces are the military forces of Axdel, under the commander-in-chief president Diego Corbinn. It consists of the Axdelian army, the Axdelian Navy, the Axdelian air force, and reconnaissance, which is dedicated to military intelligence. Axdel is currently part of a nuclear disarmament treaty with the SCE, Ethalria, and the former Kostov nations, and itself vows to completely abandon nuclear weapons by 2030. The military runs on a 'one step ahead of you' policy, with a relatively large portion of departmental spending being focussed on reconnaissance and deterrence. A strong alliance and shared-use pact is held with the [[Royal Armed Forces of the Empire|United Kingdoms RoyalMorstaybishlian Armed Forces]], and allows the Axdelian armed forces to operate globally using RAFOTE facilities if required. Military spending accounts for roughly 2% of the nations GDP, or around A♅47bn.
