Sani Bursil
Officially Sani Bursil or Sani Feryo-Vora-Kerveri-Celidizia-Bursil as it was originally named serves as the capital of Staynes and the Staynish-Caltharus Empire, a global city and financial centre with an urban area population of 48 million in 2015, making the city one of the largest populated cities in Urth and most definitely the largest populated in Aurora. Sani Bursil has been regarded to many as the Cradle of Aurora, holding for an enormous population for decades.
Up until the 1950s, there was five major cities that occupied the lakeside. Sani Feryo, Sani Vora, Sani Kerveri, Sani Celidizia and Sani Bursil. Each had existed since the early stages of the Morstaybishlian Empire with Sani Bursil and Sani Kerveri's roots laying from Morstaybishlia. Each city greatly prospered enormously by the riches from Lake Lamberta, and around the 17th century the lake began pooling people in from far and wide as it was believed it held healing and extensive medicinal values. In 1952, Sani Vora and Sani Feryo came together to form Sani Vora-Feryo. In the latter of the decade, the remaining three followed suit, forming the megalopolis. The city adopted its shortened name of Sani Bursil, because it was the residency of the monarchy and it was believed Bursil was blessed. In 2016, Sani Bursil is by far the dominant district of the supercity by area, financial, and population as well as the richest.
