Ruslan Kyrylo Zyma (born 18 June 1976) is a Wealdenite politician, author, and retired professional wrestler who has been the leader of the Moderate Union since 2022. He is best known for his time in the WWA, where he performed under the ring name Perimeter. Since 2020, Zyma has also served as the member of parliament for Jynsindo. He is a two-time WWA World Heavyweight Champion, a five-time WWA National Champion, and held the WWA Tag Team Championship alongside his best friend, Alexei "Morrisson" Morozov.

Zyma retired from professional wrestling in 2011 due to several neck injuries, and was inducted into the WWA Hall of Fame the following year.
