Royal Arm of Carabineers
The Arm of Carabineers (commonly: Carabineri) is a gendarmerie operating across the Crown Dominion of Petra Cauda, but is often found in the predominantly Pepili areas of the Dominion. The Carabineers are often seen as a paramilitary organisation for the oppression of the Pepes, a fact which the Royal Military Commission refutes.
