Pepe

The Pepe people (plural: Pepilis), meaning Pepper, are a racial group predominantly found in their native land of Petra Cauda. They are dark-skinned humans, who's cultural language is Pepi. The Pepilis are the subject of racial apartheid in Petra Cauda and are often demonised by the government and government-aligned media.
