Riannar Karmer (born 30 May 1947) is a Staynish politician serving as First Secretary of State of Great Morstaybishlia since February 2019. A member of the Labour Party, he has served as Shadow Secretary for Defence, Work and Pensions and Education between 2009 and 2019, he has also been the Member of Parliament of Wurser, Bursil since 1991.
