Reuben Anselm Barclay-Shaw (born 29 December 1997) is a Wealdenite politician, activist, and author, serving as Leader of the Union of Liberals in Wealden since 2023. He is the youngest leader of a party in Wealdenite history, assuming office at the age of 25 after running unopposed.

Barclay-Shaw is a passionate activist and reformer, and actively protested against the Cappedorite state during the Homradska. He supports greater devolution, a reformed legislature for Wealden, and greater devolved powers to the islands of Attlee, Amorterra, and other overseas territories of Wealden.
