Qumar, officially known as the Sultanate of Qumar, is a nation on the continent of Concord that shares its only border to its north with South Hills. Ruled by an absolute monarch in the form of the Sultan (or Sultana under a female), the nation has a nominal GDP of about $39 billion and has a population of nearly 5.6 million people. Formed in 1975 as a result of the Packilvania-backed Great Qumari Revolution which force the previous government into exile in West Natusa, New Tilden, the nation is a staunch ally of Packilvania, with many critics of Qumar considering it to be its puppet.
