North Ethalrian Confederacy

The North Ethalrian Confederacy is an Ethalrian federal state which has existed since late August 2019. Although de jure a confederacy of equal states, the Confederation is considered de facto controlled and led by the largest and most powerful member, Vothetria.

The federal constitution established the Vothetrian Prime Minister as bearer of the Bundespräsidium, or head of state. Laws could only be enabled with the consent of the Volksvertretung (parliament) and the Federal Council (a representation of the states). During the four years of the North German Confederation, a Workers'-Labour cooperation undertook important steps to unify (Northern) Ethalria with regard to law and infrastructure.
