The North Ethalrian Confederacy, commonly referred to as North Ethalria is an Ethalrian federal state which has existed since late September 2019 between Vothetria and Kothalria. Although de jure a confederacy of equal states, the Confederation is considered de facto controlled and led by the largest and most powerful member, Vothetria.
The federal constitution established the Vothetrian Prime Minister as bearer of the Bundespräsidium, or head of state, with the title President. Laws could only be enabled with the consent of the Volksvertretung (parliament) and the Federal Council (a representation of the states). Since inception, a Workers'-Labour cooperation undertook important steps to unify (Northern) Ethalria with regard to law and infrastructure.
