The Noroist Republic of Axdel was a socialist state founded in 1969 after revolution overthrew the Principality of Korstazia's colonial government under the Morstaybishlian Empire. It gained independence from the empire immediately preceding the outbreak of the Auroran imperial war, and fought on the side of the Rivendale pact. The nation collapsed in 1996 after the two year long Axdel civil war, which resulted in the collapse of the nations administration and replacement with a provisional government.

Brief: Norograd civil war is precipitated after a terrorist attack puts Kiet Narvga into a Coma. His replacement begins cracking down on other political parties (yes, 50% of seats in the legislature were decided in elections), as well as taking a belligerent stance against Morstaybishlia and Emberwood, blaming them for the attack. This lead to Norograd establishing checkpoints on its borders
