Norgsveltian Within One Year Warning
Norgsveltian Within One Year Warning or more commonly called "Within One Year Warning" is a Norgsveltian saying about the Federation of the Southern Coast of Lapérouse originating a a political and intelligentsia saying referring to the political, cultural and historical nature of the Federation. It originated within Norgsveltian political and intelligentsia in 1925, by a Norgsveltian political theorist Øistein Wrongson by publicly stating that the newly form socialist state would become a technocratic dictatorship by 1926, or he would change his last name to 'Wrongson.'
Further Usage and Historical Use
The 'Within One Year Warning' has became a joke among older members of intelligentsia in Norgsveldet, as doctoral candidates in several fields eventually will begin to believe that the Federation will became a dictatorship. Usually thinking it will become a form of technocratic stratocracy dictatorship, however other common enough ideas being it will become a full authoritarian socialist state and a Einarist dictatorship. The 'Within One Year Warning' has became a test for students in political science and philosophy fields, to analyzed the Federation's political and ideological structure as a method to push students to think from a non-Norgsveltian lense of things. Magrete Kverheim's joke
While visiting the Federation in 1997, Magrete Kverheim made a joke with the Côtois FPM Judith Ardouin stating "Within One Year, you will still be democratic." The joke making headlines in Norgsveldet and in the Federation, but for different reasons. Côtois citizens being greatly confused by the joke, and initially believing it to be a insult. FPM Ardouin few days later had to ask Kverheim to explain the joke to her. To which, she still didn't understand the joke but understood it didn't mean to offend.
