The United Highlands of Libertanny, commonly known as Libertanny and colloquially the Highlands is a Constitutional Monarchy in North-West of Gondwana. Libertanny neighbours to Bourun and Ivlya to the South-West, Ayaupia to North-East and Zukchiva to East.
