The House of Cenhelm, also known as the House of Sigested (Norvian: Casa Segasteda), the Cenhelmings (Tretridian: Cenhelmingas), and the House of Easþrena is a Novaran royal house of Tretridian origin that ruled Easþrena from its foundation in the 10th century until Tretridian unification in the 13th century, and ruled Tretrid and Seccera from the 17th to the 19th centuries. The cognatic line of the House of Cenhelm continues to rule Tretrid. It was founded by Cenhelm I in the 10th century after his founding of Sigested and repulsion of vikings from the east.

The Cenhelmings would unify a large swath of land under Easþrena, which they would rule until 1255 upon its conquest by Norþrena amidst Tretridian unification. Though they were dispossessed of their ancestral seat in Sigested, the House of Cenhelm ended up as an influential player in medieval Tretridian politics. In 1689, Wilheard III became the first Cenhelming king of Tretrid and Seccera after inheriting the crowns from his mother Eadgyð I, and the House of Cenhelm would continuously rule the two kingdoms in personal union until the death of Bada II in 1802, upon which the line of succession was split. During that time, they played a major role in Volscine politics due both to the relative amount of power Seccera had and their ability to draw resources from Tretrid.

The House of Cenhelm lost control over the Secceran throne after the death of Sigeberto III and the ensuing Secceran Crown War, though they would maintain claims over it until the dissolution of the Secceran monarchy in 2003.
