Horace Lanx (born 15 December 1964) is a Staynish politician whose career ended in 2021 after he was removed from office through government pressure over an emerging sexual misconduct scandal. Before the Lanx affair, Horace was Home Secretary from 2019 to 2021 and had represented Koldon West as MP for nine years.
Born in South Hills to Staynish parents Horace J. Lanx and Natasha Brooks, Lanx moved to Staynes at the age of 11 after completing his primary education. He graduated from Koldon University. He married Sandra Banks in 2005, and had one child, Phoebe.
In July, the Ministry of Justice began an investigation into Lanx regarding his alleged sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl. Lanx denies the allegations, though camera evidence submitted severed his links with Cabinet and as a Member of Parliament. Lanx remains under investigation.
