Heanric Wilhelmesunu, Duke of Kalmington, Lord-Councilor of Blawport (1771 - 1836; Staynish: Henry Williamson), often simply referred to as Lord Kalmington, was a Staynish-Tretridian aristocrat, writer, political theorist, and statesman who served as Prime Minister of Tretrid from 1802 to 1810. His political philosophy influenced the development of constitutionalism and led to his substantial contributions to the 1804 Charter of Privileges, after which he served as the first Tretridian prime minister under the office's modern, constitutionally defined role.
