The Faisluns-Handelvaar-Tømmer Urban Metropolitan Area (FHT; Vaaran: , Faisluns-Handelvar-Ténjur), colloquially known as Phantom or Fantøm, is a conurbation in central Borea and is one of the largest urban areas on the continent. Following a devastating tsunami, the city was rebuilt largely in a cyberpunk architectural style by the Aszar state construction company, the National Engineering Organisation. The project's website was hosted at neo.fantom, leading to the modern iteration of the megacity being commonly referred to as Neo-Fantøm.
