Ostdeichland, formally the People's County of Ostdeichland is a state within the Arkian Empire. It is uniquely an elective monarchy, with the democratically elected Volkswächter of Deichland also serving as Count - or Graf - of Ostdeichland. It was formed in 2005 following the Arkian Civil War, when the territory was conquered by Dighaira from the Electorate of Bohrebenen.
