The Council of the UNAC is the collective head of the United Nations of the Auroran Continent. It is the most powerful body of the UNAC. It was established in July 2018 by the ratification of the Charter of the UNAC (also known as the Treaty of Aura) by the nations of Aurora that attended the Auroran Reunification Summit convened by President Nimona Poole of Emberwood Coast following the end of the Auroran-Pacific War. The council consists of representatives of the member states of the UNAC and is chaired by each member on a rotational basis once every 6 months. The council's powers include the power to veto legislation, approve the President of the UNAC Commission and declare a blockade and no-fly zone over a state.
