Chief Justice of Volkia
The Chief Justice of the Volkian Federative Republic is the chief judge of the Federal Supreme Court of Volkia and the highest-ranking officer of the Volkian federal judiciary. The Volkian constitution grants plenary power to the president of the Volkian Federative Republic to nominate, with the advice and consent of the Federal Council, appoint a chief justice, who serves for a term of 15 years with a mandatory retirement age of 75.
