Casimir Edwyn Parks (born 5 November 1951) is a Wealdenite socialist thinker, philosopher, writer, political campaigner, and journalist who has served as the president of the Democratic Labour Party since its formation in 2020. Previously, he has been leader of the Momentum movement, a far-left political party that gained prominence after 2015.
