Casimir Edwyn Parks (born 5 November 1951) is a Wealdenite socialist thinker, philosopher, writer, political campaigner, and journalist who has served as the president of the Democratic Labour Party since 2020. Previously, he has been leader of the Momentum movement, a far-left political party that gained prominence after 2015. From 2007 to 2008, he served as the 12th chancellor of the Wealdenite Council, taking over from Vivienne Medvedev, before resigning for personal issues.
