The Brookman Systems (as known as the BSS or what it's more commonly referred by it's riders as the BS) is a privately held corporation that operates the public transportation lines in the three cities of Neo-Fantrøm. It's under the preview of the Metropolitan Transportation Committee under the Fantøn council. The BSS had a daily ridership of over 50,000 primarily from Tømmer side of Fantøn.

The BSS operates the following systems:

  • Tømmer - Handelvaar, the first of the rapid transit system that has been built by the company. It construction was paid for by the Imperial People’s Fund.
  • Tri-City Line, the second of the rapid transit line built by the company. It services Faisluns and Handelvaar, as well a stop right at the gate to Tømmer.
  • Ghøst Buses, an extensive bus network serving Faislums, Handelvaar and limited access into Tømmer. Limited access to Tømmer is due to lack of road infrastructure.

History

Background

One of "Prime!" street cars

The bus lines today was composed of several dozen smaller private companies and a four different public hold companies in the several cities. Gregg Trøy famously took a ride on a bus, which was delayed due to tight union regulations held by the company requiring the bus worker to take a 30 minute break and automatically turned the bus off, making Gregg Trøy late for his meeting. Later that day, the Rikvaarir billionaire Gregg Trøy bought out the bus line and fired all the workers apart of the union. Causing a minor strike to break out in the city along the public transport workers. Instead of dealing with the strike, the billionaire bought out rest of the bus lines and then waited out the strike.

Discrimination Scandal

In 2022, April the 4th Brookman System was forced to pay out to the Faisluns city in a out of court settlement due to a pay gape between Zrei and Kemonomimi workers.
