Victor Victrovavich

Victor Victrovavich was the head of the militaries of Kostuvastan, and later Tuvaltastan. Soon after, he was elected to become the first High-Minister of Tuvaltastan. When originally the head of the Kostuv militaries, Victrovavich was part of a series of talks about the formation of the Auroran Continental Assembly. These talks resulted in Kostuvastan not becoming a member, as it would allow LGBT individuals to legally marry, which Victrovavich was vehemently against.
