Vestrava consists of nations that were formerly colonies by the Norgsveltian Empire, explaining their many similarites. It consists of [[Nakosa]], [[Pledonia]], [[Helslandr]], and [[Eyjaria]]. The three nations of Vestrava in Yasteria formerly made up the nation of [[Frilandr]], which broke apart in the 1940s under a communist military dictatorship, which has led to the region's synonymous hatred of [[w:communism\|communism]]. Though interestingly, these nations have very strong [[w:democratic socialism\|democratic socialist]] and [[w:social democracy\|social democrat]] sympathies within their population. All of Vestrava gained independence from Helslandr or Norgsveldet at some point. Pledonia split from Helslandr first, declaring independence in 1941, and winning the Pledonian war of independence in 1942. Nakosa did the same a year later, in 1943, but only won The Nakosan War for Independence four years later and gained full independence in 1948. Eyjaria was apart of the Morstayblishian Empire and then Norgsveldet until 1955 when it gained it's independence. [[Nakosa]] is unique from the other three nations in that the majority religion is actually [[Ademarism]] instead of [[Ulvriktru]], this is due to the many Ademarist natives who lived there, having descended from the ancient kingdom of [[Gliat Shea]], where Ademarism originated from.
