Vellin Fischan Rinardel (born 11 October 1956) is a Staynish politician who has been Home Secretary since July 2021, taking over from Horace Lanx after the Lanx sex scandal. Vellin was previously Minister for Security since 2021 and has represented the Bendles and Swake, Bursil constituency since the 2017 general election.
