Ukanar

The Province of Ukanar (Packilvanian: LuDominimne aluUkanar) is a high-level subnational administrative division of Packilvania. It is surrounded by the Packilvanian Ocean to the south, Kharyat to the east and Shakar to the north.

It is the smallest province by total area. It is the only province in the East Pacific Timezone (EPT) which is +2 UTC. It has a hot desert climate in the north, semi-arid and savanna climate in the middle, and rainforest along the coast. Its largest river is the Lashakhan River.

It has a population of 94,210,660 people. It has a nominal GDP of 772,527,412,000 KRB. It has the highest GDP per capita of the provinces, i.e., 8,200 KRB. Its capital and largest city is Abdeker. Its major cities include Paragrinia, Damaclion (the home of Jerome of Damaclion who compiled the Vagumar), Kaliwad, Yehedra, Gana, Beyaneen, Wusul Kebir (near which the first nuclear test was conducted).

The Governor of Ukanar is Prince Juber a-Amhoud Bedon, brother of Sultan Namdun III and son of Sultan Amhoud II. The Great Magister of Ukanar and Kemer, who represents Ukanar in the Magisterium of Paxism, is Yashuhad Tabrash. The Ukanar High Court is headed by Judge-President Prince Jabal a-Jibrael Bedon (who is only one of three Princes who are Judge-President of the High Court).
