The Tretridian Air Force (Tretridian: Lyftwæpn, lit. 'air arm') is the aerial branch of the Royal Tretridian Armed Forces. It was founded in early 1907 as the Air Corps, a subunit of the Tretridian Army, under which it saw service in the Great War. As a result of campaigning by military theorists arguing for the importance of strategic air power, the Air Corps was made into an independent service branch in 1932.
