Susan Locke (born April 7, 1973) is a Fortunan politician who is currently serving as the Second Commander of the Second Fortunan Empire and Secretary of the Unitary Nationalist Party since December 4, 2011. She started off as one of the first to be elected as a Common Chamberman in 2000 and later becoming the Director of the Internal Affairs Department in 2007. Following the execution of Gerolamo Trevisan in 2011, Locke was chosen by High Commander Tristano Lyone to serve as the Second Commander.
Being one of the leaders of the expansionist faction within the UNP, she helped spearhead the Empire towards a more aggressive stance, resulting in the annexation of the Medium Islands in 2012 and East Eridani Theta in 2017. Locke often enjoys travelling abroad, notably vacationing at the Kitchifi Resort in Shango and attending the Aquatico Regalia in Listonia.
