'''Koeman Ifirate''' (''born 8 November 1969'') served in the Kommando Spezialkräfte between 1996 and 1997. He is an [[Ethalria|Ethalrian]] ultranationalist. He was born in Sodenz before the nuclear disaster. He was hunted down by Delores Sofura for committing war crimes during his Kommando raids in [[Salovia]] during the [[Salovian Civil War]] but was never captured. He has since been in exile with his brother [[Nickolay Ifirate]].
