Koeman Ifirate
Koeman Ifirate (born 8 November 1969) served in the Kommando Spezialkräfte between 1996 and 1997. He is an Ethalrian ultranationalist. He was born in Sodenz before the nuclear disaster. He was hunted down by Delores Sofura for committing war crimes during his Kommando raids in Salovia during the Salovian Civil War but was never captured. He has since been in exile with his brother Nickolay Ifirate.
