''The Royal Armed Forces of the Empire'' (''RAFOTE''), also known as ''His Majesty's Armed Forces'' (''HM's Armed Forces''), or the ''Morstaybishlian Armed Forces'' and the (''MBE Armed ForcesMAF'') form the military of the MBE and its Oversea Territories. They are made up of three branches: the Imperial Navy, Army and Air Force. The forces are managed by the Ministry of Defence and controlled by the Defence Council, chaired by the Secretary of State for Defence; currently Mikhail[[Andrew SankudaChemlin]]. The Commander-in-Chief is the Morstaybishlian monarch, to whom members of the forces swear an oath of allegiance.
