Prior to this, he served as the Minister of Finance of Packilvania from 2005 to 2010. Prior to this he served as the Deputy Minister of Finance from 2000 to 2005. He has a PhD in Economics from the University of [[Bingol]]. He is the son of Prince Harim a-Amhoud Bedon, Sultan Amhoud II's younger brother, making him a first cousin of Sultan [[Namdun III]]. Prior to working in politics, he was a board member of the [[Packilvanian Development Bank]], and a board member of the [[Packilvanian Agricultural Bank|Packilvanian Agriculture Bank]].
