commonly known as '''Phoenixia''', is a country located in the northern part of Arturia and Yesteria Minor. It shares land borders with [[Vistaraland]], Stelvania and [[Alksearia]]. It’s surrounded by the Concordian Ocean to the west and the Mar Optio to the east. The country covers a total area of 1,043,370 km2 (402,850 sq mi).

The proper name "Phoenixia" was born as a toponym. Its origin, the subject of studies by both linguists and historians, it is controversial. Not always, however, etymologies in the strict sense are suggested, but hypotheses based on considerations unrelated to the specific reconstruction linguistics of the name or which are referred to unproven traditions.

Phoenixia is a presidential unitary republic that takes place in a multi-party framework. Currently Carlo Cox Andrew since 2016, is the Phoenixian head of state. The President of the Republic is elected by universal suffrage by the citizens, has a term of 6 years, renewable twice.
The government is composed of three branches:
Legislative: The Congress makes law, declares war, approves treaties, , and has the power of impeachment, by which it can remove sitting members of the government.
Executive: The President is the commander-in-chief of the military, appoints prime minister and judges of the constitutional court. The Cabinet, made up of ministers, is proposed by the premier and approved by the congress.
Judicial: The Constitutional Court interprets laws and overturn those they find unconstitutional.

The Phoenixian judicial system is governed by the constitution and the code of national law; the main judicial institutions are the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the Attorney General of the Republic.
The Phoenixian independent judiciary enjoys special constitutional protection from the executive power. Once appointed, judges last for life and cannot be removed without specific disciplinary proceedings conducted in two process before the Superior Council of the Judiciary.

Phoenixia is made up of 20 regions, and 2 special districts, divided into provinces and formed by municipalities.
The regions of Phoenixia make up the top-level territorial subdivision of the country. Within the administrative system, the economic-territorial skills (from the economy to work, from ecology to public works, from agriculture to social security) are devolved to the political bodies of the regions. The regions are governed by the president of the regional council, and are further divided into provinces.

Phoenixia's economy underwent profound structural changes, which in the following centuries made it one of the major economic powers, thanks to a continuous process of economic growth that continue in the 21st century. During this phase, the primary sector has seen a progressive downsizing (agriculture, breeding and fishing) in favor of the industrial and tertiary sector; it was accompanied by profound changes in the socio-productive fabric, following massive migrations from the hinterland to coastal industrial areas. The industrialization phase came to an end in the seventies and the tertiarization of the economy is underway, with the development of banking, insurance, commercial, financial and communication services.
The Ministry of the Treasury plays an important role in the Phoenixian Economy, It controls the state budgets, Tax revenues, financial assets and monopolies, oversees financial policy, monopolies and customs, plan State investments and the disbursement of funds and subsidies.
The tertiary sector as a whole is the largest in Phoenixia, followed by the manufacturing, tech and construction while primary sectors are in decline. The only major primary industry standing growing is the fishing industry, fueled by the new techniques provided by economic growth mainly provided by the growing service, administrative and technological sector.
Phoenixia's official currency is Poexar (¶), printed by the Phoenixian Central Bank, which is headquartered in the Capital.
