AThe former corporate owned prison colony of Zreiru'a. During the Great War, Zreiru'a was forced to deal with the extreme scorched earth and guerrilla warfare measures taken in the former prison colony. All railroads were either destroyed as part of the scorched earth strategy or fell into disrepair. Majority of the paved roads turned into minefields and the main highway connecting all the cities fell into disrepair. Massive famines swept across the country causing mass death.
 
After the dissolution of Zreiru'a, SevenSeveral groups in Nystatiszna declared independence at the same time. All seven denounce the other groups and claim to be the legitimate government. After a long, brutal civil war ending in a ceasefire and a peace treaty in 1975. During the peace talks and later treaty, all sides agreed to a "fair" trial in which each side (except the members of the military which all were trialed and shot) had to give up amnesty on some members of their leadership. The trials always ended in guilty and the death penalty. By the end of the 2010s,1975 the government wasof finally stable enough toNystatiszna formally declare itself the legitimate Republic/Government of the region.

The politics of Nystatiszna is divided by three branches of government. The Legislative branch which produces the laws, the Judicial branch is evaluates the laws and the Executive branch which carries out the laws.
The politics of Nystatiszna is divided by three branches of government. The legislative branch acts as both legislative and as a pool for political positions. The senate structure being divided into two houses Upper Senate and Lower Senate. Upper Senate being used to fill into the high level positions in government such as governors, department heads, ambassadors, ect and serve for life. Lower Senate fills minor roles such as mayors, judges, secretaries of state and serve for 20 years. It's traditionally that only the Lower Senate writes laws. It is expected that all Senators serve both roles at the same time personally and seen as a weakness to use alternates or substitute. ▼

The Judicial branch is entwine with the legislative branch with the lower judges being filled with senators. Chief Judges attend over a select area or township. Chief Judges are elected by a lottery system of all judges who served longer than 10 years.
