The Rivergrove is the primary legislative branch of the USPR's government that consists of two houses, the Setar([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upper_house Upper House]) and the House of Magnasol([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lower_house Lower House]).

The Setar is the upper house of the Rivergrove, consisting of ten (10) representatives, called Setaras, from each province, resulting in sixty (60) Setaras in total. The current, 26th Setar, consists of two coalition parties and one standalone party: the Queer Green Coalition(QGC) which consists of the Queer Anarchist Council(QAC) and the Socialist Green Party(SGP) with 10 Setaras from the province of Greater Sol; the Democratic Socialists of Rumrari(DSR-C) consisting of the mainstream Democratic Socialists of Rumrari(DSR) and their Left Communist faction(DSR-LC) with 30 Setaras from the provinces of South Groven, the Hagean Bay Islands, and the Eastern Isles; and lastly the Akronist Democratic Union(ADU), a standalone party, with 20 Setaras from the provinces of North Groven and Duvara.
