Every four years, Tawusians elect representatives to the National Congress and the National Risolveré. The National Congress, which acts as a lower house, consists of 500 seats, each elected within an administrative constituency containing 30,000 people. The National Risolveré contains 150 seats and acts as an upper house. Any bills passed through the congress must be approved by the Risolveré. A Risolvan is elected within a larger constituency of 100,000 people. '''Paradis''' doesn't elect members of a regional congress but have the ability to elect representatives to represent Paradisian concerns within both the National Congress and Risolveré. One representative for the island in the Risolveré and a three representatives being leaders of the three lupine tribes to represent tribal matters in the congress.
