===Auroran-Pacific War===

After the Greater Xagrurgian Empire illegitimately seized the Xagrurgian government in May 2017, the Morstaybishlian Government would call an emergency meeting between world leaders at [[Sani Bursil Royal Palace]] resulting in an allegiance of half a dozen countries to fight the new Auroran threat. Tensions rose across the world for a few weeks. The Royal Parade was not cancelled despite the best efforts of Prime Minister Walter Johannes, who deemed it 'unsafe in the current political climate'. During the parade around Sani Bursil, an assassination attempt on King Lambertus VII failed but resulted in the death of the heir apparent [[Prince Thadeus]]. It was soon thereafter discovered that the plot was orchestrated by Ethalrian operatives working for [[Amalda Harimann]] and Great Morstaybishlia declared war on [[Ethalria]] the same day.
