Of mixed Staynish and Xagrurgian parentage, Crowcasa was born in Bursil to a wealthy, aristocratic family. He joined the Morstaybishlian Army in 1938, and saw action in several wars. Along with [[Walter Johannes]], they are the only two Conservative Prime Ministers to serve two full terms.
