Ruthin (from Fefsen: Rúthín /ˈruːhɪn/), formally the Grand Dominion of Ruthin is a Grand Dominion in Southern Mirhaime comprising of the Governorates of Cléise, Génoú, Scaod, and Duchy of Trebran comprising its regional capital of the Free and Bhánish City of Trebran.

The historical seat of the ancient Trinterian Bhánish Republic, Ruthin became a part of the Trinterian Commonwealth in 26 AD during Aran Feiltearóid's conquest of the Ruthaine Bhán. After the ascension to Iesca the Great to the Marghal Throne, and the Commonwealth victory in the War of the Bhánish Saomhairite Alliance, Ruthin became a Commonwealth Dominion. Throughout its history, Ruthin was a major financial and maritime power, and a staging area for the Commonwealth, and later, Mirhaimian Ruthic Armadas, as well as an important centre of commerce—especially silk, grain, and spice, and of art. Its capital, Trebran, is famed for being the home port of the Trinterian treasure fleet.

Following the beginning of the War of Trinterian Succession in the 16th century, the Grand Dominion, led by its historical liege lairds of Clan Maoilenach remained loyal to the Marghal Throne, however later aligning with the Confederacy following the devastating Aeterite defeat at the Battle of the Sácár Ramparts. Subsequently, it became one of the first Grand Dominions in the newly established Federation.

Throughout 17th to the 19th century, Ruthin remained a major staging area for the Mirhaimian Realm Armada, maintaining a strong shipbuilding industry, however disadvantages in population and natural resources. The discovery of oil deposits off its coast in 1983 and natural gas in 1986 propelled Ruthin into an era of growth. With the objective of reducing Mirhaime's reliance on imports, Ruthin gained more prominence nation-wide. Despite accruing substantial wealth, investments in education and infrastructure were made, leading to multifaceted advancements, though not without visible challenges.

Ruthin remains a major destination for tourists, as well as cultural center with its rich history as both a major part of the Trinterian Commonwealth but also as the home of the treasure fleet. Ruthin remains of the wealthiest Grand Dominions in Mirhaime, with strengths in the fields of art, chemicals, entertainment, design, education, shipbuilding, commerce, fashion, finance, research, media (communication), services, healthcare and tourism. It is also a popular location for international, and cultural events such as the Trebran Fashion Week, the Cléisish Furniture Fair, as well as the upcoming SARUM 2024 All-Trinterian Grand Prix.
