Riannar Karmer (born 30 May 1947) is a Staynish politician serving as First Secretary of State of Great Morstaybishlia since February 2019. A member of the Labour Party, he has served as Shadow Secretary for Defence, Work and Pensions and Education between 2009 and 2019, he has also been the Member of Parliament of Wurser, Bursil since the 1991 General Election.

As a boy, Karmer spent his life between the MBE and Alksearia. He attended both Granger Hill Primary School from age 5 to 9, frequently visiting family relations in Becharis and took his final year of primary education at Saint Estelle Primary School, Becharis. He studied at Becharis College and later politics and international relations in Becharis University before transferring to Gulbearne University in Sani Bursil during his final year.
