Redrugus (city)

Redrugus is the second largest city in Staynes with a population of approximately 5.34 million in 2024. It sits at the mouth of the River Kuthern; the location of the Treaty of the River Kuthern which set historical boundaries between Staynes and Toransla after twenty years of Staynish expansionism. It was named after Rugus the Red, a military commander and later Archon of Estenes who led the defense of the early Estenes settlements of Impelanza against local kingdoms, to which he was reverred as a national heroine.
